Learning to drive can be a wonderfully exciting time in a young driver’s life, as it can open up new possibilities and instill a sense of freedom. It can also be a frightening or even dangerous time with the sudden access to heavy, fast vehicles that you are now responsible for. When it comes to driving, the more you drive, the more you experience, and the safer you can be.
As personal injury attorneys, we at Berman & Russo have seen the unfortunate consequences of irresponsible driving, but we have also met with numerous trustworthy drivers who are eager to learn and refine their skills. We are proud to announce our On the Road Scholarship, a $1,000 award that will be given to one student who can share the valuable lessons they’ve learned while behind the wheel and how they plan to apply them to their future driving endeavors. As a new driver, what dangerous situations have you encountered, and what do you think can be done to prevent them? as well as their life in general. The deadline to apply is January 31st, 2025.
